editorial readers (Read through submissions.)(more hours based on amount of submissions.) (2 hours max.)

visual directors (help with mood boards for the journal, aid in the design of the journal.) (1-2 hours per week at most.)

advisory (opinions not labor) (give their opinions and feedback based on what they're seeing.)
